Attendance Data: Employee check-in and check-out timestamps.
Biometric Data (Face Recognition): Facial data used for identity verification during attendance marking.
Location Data: GPS location at the time of check-in/check-out for geo-verification (if enabled).
NFC Data: Device or card-based identification data for attendance marking (if enabled).
Device & Usage Data: Basic device information (device type, OS version) for app performance and security.
4.2 Purpose of Data Collection
We use the collected data strictly for:
Attendance tracking and workforce management
Identity verification to prevent proxy attendance
Overtime calculation and work-hour tracking
Payroll processing and salary computation
Operational monitoring and reporting
We do not use this data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
4.3 Biometric (Face) Data Usage and Retention
Purpose: Facial data is collected solely for identity verification during attendance and to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Storage: Facial data is stored securely in encrypted format and is not used for any other purpose.
Retention Period: Facial data is stored for a maximum of 2 months (60 days) from the date of capture.
Deletion Policy: After this period, the data is automatically deleted or permanently anonymized.
No Indefinite Storage: Facial data is never stored indefinitely.
4.4 Location Data Usage
Location data is collected only at the time of attendance marking.
It is used for geo-fencing and verification of employee presence at the work site.
Location tracking is not continuous and only occurs during check-in/check-out events.
Location data is retained only as long as required for attendance and reporting purposes.
4.5 NFC Data Usage
NFC data is used for contactless attendance marking.
It helps identify employees using NFC-enabled cards/devices.
No sensitive personal data is stored within NFC tags.

Attendance and related operational data are retained as required by the client organization.
Data is stored only for the duration necessary for:

After this, data may be deleted or anonymized.

All data collected through QuickMark is controlled by the client organization (employer).
The organization is responsible for:

QuickMark acts as a data processor on behalf of the organization.
